How the Program Works

 

  • Decide you want to conduct a Poverello Coffee Fundraiser.
  • Determine the dates for your fundraiser.
  • Call us or email us email us at info@poverellocoffee.com to speak with one of our representatives.
  • Together we will determine how many fundraising kits you require.
  • When you receive the kits, review them to make sure you have what you need.
  • Have your volunteers take orders and payment for the coffee.
  • Checks are to be made payable to your organization.
  • Mail or fax the order sheets to us along with payment for the cost of the coffee.
  • We roast, pack, and deliver the coffee to you within 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Have your volunteers deliver the coffee to your customers.

General Information

Labels

  • Use our standard front label with the name of the coffee at no additional cost.
  • Use our standard front label to thank your supporters and display your organization’s name at no additional cost.
  • Provide labels to us that you design and print using our specifications. We will apply the labels for no additional cost.
  • All bags come with our standard back label.

Delivery

  • We pay for delivery for orders of 300 bags or more.
  • You are responsible for delivery charges for orders less than 300 bags.
  • You may pick up your order at our Huntington Beach facility.

Payment

  • We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Payment for coffee must be received prior to our starting the roasting process.
  • Checks for coffee orders from your customers must be made out to your organization.

Our Guarantee

  • We promise to provide fresh, high quality, gourmet coffee.
